Beyoncé has managed to settle the lawsuit she had with Philip Markowitz.
Philip claimed that the Deja Vu singer created a personal nuisance to himself and his neighbours whilst she was filming the video for her recent single ‘Why Don’t You Love Me.’
TMZ has reported that Markowitz was given a five-figure settlement out of court to drop the case. He says:
“I’m happy with the settlement, but this lawsuit shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They set up on my property without asking and [the settlement] should send a notice to other production companies that they need to respect the rights of property owners.”
Beyoncé’s management did not comment on the suit.
